Robotic Spray Washing Machine Key Features:

  • Robotic Spray Washing: This system is equipped with special IP 69-series robots, enabling precise, high-pressure spray washing, targeting specific areas such as oil tanks, wells, and surface of containers
  • High-Pressure Water: The system uses high-pressure water (up to 200 bar) to thoroughly clean each part. The nozzle face is simply adjusted for better surface coverage.
  • Methodology: Both washers and dryers are fully automated, including filling, washing and stripping, to ensure proper operation and it reduces manual labour.
  • Hot Water Spray Cleaning: Components are cleaned with hot water mixed with 3-5% alkaline cleaning solution at a temperature of 55 ± 5°C.
  • Air drying: Compressed air is blown over the items through the water loaded on the robotic arm to ensure complete removal of water after washing
  • Advanced Filtration System: The machine has multiple filtration stages, including bag filters (250 microns), inline filters (150 microns), and paper band filters (50 microns), for continuous maintenance Ensured

Industrial Component Washing Machine Process Flow:

  • Loading: The components are manually loaded onto the fixture. The stabilizer holds the mold part in place, ensuring stability during washing.
  • Spray washing: High-temperature water sprays hot alkaline water onto the container. The robotic arm moves the nozzle to a specific point in the container for a thorough cleaning.
  • Air-flow drying: Compressed air is blown over the object through nozzles on the robotic arm, droplets are removed and the object is prepared for the next step
  • Unloading: The clean and dry product is automatically transferred to the storage area.

Filtration and Fume Exhaust System :

  • Filtration: Contaminant-free filtration is achieved through a multi-stage system that includes a 250-micron bag filter, a 150-micron inline filter, and a passive 50-micron paper band filter.
  • Smoke emissions: Mechanical smoke extractors are installed to eliminate fumes generated during cleaning, to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Air-flow drying: Compressed air is blown over the object through nozzles on the robotic arm, droplets are removed and the object is prepared for the next step
  • Unloading: The clean and dry product is automatically transferred to the storage area.
