Conveyor Alloy Wheel Washing Machine Key Features:
- Continuous Conveyorized System: They are as follows: The wheels are placed vertically in a loading conveyor and passed through a cleaning and drying section to meet an highest efficiency of a high capacity cleaning process.
- Spray Washing Zone: New water modified by 3-5% of an alkaline cleaner is sprayed through fixed nozzles to wash the wheels’ inner and outer surfaces from dirt and greases contaminants.
- Rinse Zone: Conventionally, hot water rinse is employed to remove further detergents or contaminant and be confirmative that no residuals are on the wheel.
- Cold and Hot Air Blow Drying Zones: The remaining moisture on the wheels is removed using Air knives, Ambient and Hot Air. This is at the hot air zone where the fluids are dried at 90 – 1200 C.

Conveyor Alloy Wheel Washing Process Flow :
- Loading: V-block fixtures are utilized to support the wheel shaft vertically with the wheels loaded individually on the conveyor by hand.
- Spray Wash: Utilities include hot water and an alkaline solution that is sprayed onto the wheels by means of firmly fixed nozzles in order to clean the wheels.
- Rinsing: The rinse zone contains water at high temperatures and pressure so that there is no cleaning solution on the wheels.
- Cold Air Blow: Most of the moisture is carried away by blowing ambient air across the wheels.
- Hot Air Blow Drying: Finally, hot air at a temperature of between 90-120ºC is blown to the wheels in order to dry them up.
- Unloading: Clean and totally dry wheels are unloaded either manually or by the help of automatic mechanized equipment.

- High-Pressure Spray System: vertical multi-stage spray pump is used with differential pressure of 8 to 10 Kg/cm² and flow rate of 250 to 300LPM for effective cleaning.
- High-Pressure Air Blower System: Our high-pressure blower which puts out an airflow of 650 cubic feet per minute at a pressure of 150 mbar is 70-80% more cost effective than traditional compressed air systems, and environmentally friendly.
- Hot Air Blower System: The drying is done by means of a high pressure blower with air knives which is driven by a 3 kW motor and additional 20 kW heaters to provide the required temperature of the hot air.
- Filtration System: It has an inline housing filter with 50 micron and a disc type oil skimmer to ensure water purity all through wash.
- Mist Collector: Sitting atop the washing chamber, the mist collector filters out fumes within the plant to provide proper working conditions.
