Conveyorised Battery Washing Machine Key Features:
- Continuous conveyor system: Batteries are placed on a conveyor, which transports them in a straight line through the washing and drying areas. A variable frequency drive (VFD) can be used to adjust the speed of the conveyor to suit production.
- Multi-zone cleaning: The machine features multiple cleaning steps such as spray washing with brushing, rinsing, blow drying, and hot air drying to enable cleaning of all surroundings
- Spray wash and brush: Hot water cleaner is applied through a stainless steel tip that is sprayed onto the wash area, and combined with a brush to clean the battery surface and remove dirt, grease and other contaminants
- Air drying: After washing and rinsing, a high-pressure air stream removes moisture from the battery surface, preparing it for the final stage of hot air drying

Battery Washing & Drying Machine Process Flow :
- Loading: The batteries are loaded manually on a conveyor system at a height of 900 mm from the ground.
- Spray rinse and brush: High pressure nozzles spray hot water cleaner mixed with 3-5% alkaline solution over the battery. The batteries are brushed simultaneously for thorough cleaning.
- Rinsing: Clean water is sprayed on the battery to rinse any remaining cleaning agent.
- Air drying: A fixed air knife blows ambient air over the battery, removing excess moisture.
- Hot air blow dry: Hot air at 120°C is passed through the batteries for complete drying.
- Unloading: Clean and dry batteries are removed from the conveyor system.

- Material of Construction: The system is produced from superb stainless-steel (SS 304L) for all wetted parts and mild steel (MS) with a PU finish for non-wetted parts, making sure sturdiness and resistance to corrosion.
